As the producer of a team of 20 members I created weekly tasks through a agile system for seven months based out of ClickUp. I also managed the project plan and productivity reports that came out of the team.
My main goal as a producer was to make my team members role in finding their next task as easy as possible. This is why I encoraged my team to use the “me” tab on the home page. This tab had everything for my members: upcoming due dates, assigned tasks, comments that they are mentioned in. This way there was no navigating that they needed to do and everything was presented right in front of them.
One requirement that we had on our team was that each member was required 15 tracked hours of work every week. Utilizing ClickUp’s dashboards I was able to create a single page which all of the hours information that a member would need. This dashboard also let me see which members got their work done earlier in the week, allowing me to pipeline the process and pair up members who would work well together.
